Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

The extra-large canvas bag managed to hold most of our stuffed animals (26 pounds, to be precise) — and we have a lot! It's a convenient way to store them while also doubling as a comfy chair for the little ones. I can't vouch for how good it is for the stuffed animals, but at least they're all in one place now!
I absolutely adore it. It's a must-have, especially with all the stuffed animals. It's also a great way to prevent dust from accumulating among the stuffed animals, which is especially important for kids with asthma.
While it's not very soft, it can accommodate a ton of stuffed animals! It has made my son's room much more organized.
I love this bean bag cover, although the material is a bit rough. We solved that by draping a blanket over it. It can hold a large number of stuffed animals and blankets, and after a few times of sitting on it, it molds itself and isn't lumpy with what's stored inside. I'm planning on ordering another one for our kids' room to store blankets!
